I have dedicated my life to understanding human behaviour and helping individuals create change when necessary. With over 50 years of life experience as a mother of two and having overcome my own fears after being diagnosed with stage four cancer, I hold the following qualifications that have all influenced my healing philosophy and approach to coaching individuals:

The length of time it takes to see results can vary depending on your needs, goals, and the work you're willing to put in. While I don't believe in hustle culture, creating tangible shifts in our lives takes consistent effort. In many cases, it has taken years of programming to end up where you are now, and reprogramming to rewrite your story will take time. However, most clients begin to see improvements in their lives within just a few weeks of beginning coaching sessions.
